We regret that we will not be able to provide any deferral or refund, either in full or in part, whatever the circumstances of the entrant’s non-attendance after 2 months pre event date. Competitors are able to transfer their entry to a different distance or transfer their entry to another competitor up until the online closing date.
Changes to your course and team members can be made at any time up to the event closing date by logging into your Si Entries account and amending your booking.
For any cancellations received up to 1 April 2025, a refund (minus 10% admin fee) can be made. After this date we cannot offer a refund or transfer/defer your entry
The event is run on a not-for-profit basis and one of the ways of keeping the costs low is to agree numbers as far in advance of the event as possible.
To cancel your entry, please log into your Si Entries account and amend your booking.
